Aims and Objectives
Permission of the Government/ concerned authority/ competent authority shall be obtained prior to implementation of the aims and objectives stated below and the objectives contrary to the provisions of Section 20 of the Act shall be deemed null and void.
Objectives:
a) To establish charitable dispensaries and hospitals for the treatment of orphans, widows, poor, distressed humanity involved in all branches of art and industry.b) To provide scholarships and help to all poor and meritorious students of artists and industries.
c) Serving and helping those affected by natural calamities including corona, floods, cyclones, epidemics and conducting relief and rehabilitation activities on behalf of Shilpi's family.
d) To implement various education and technical technology projects to solve the unemployment problem of all the artist family members.
e) To develop as an interdependent nation through the spread of science-based education, computer training and various technical training.
f) To provide winter clothing and one-time aid to cold and poor humanity.
g) Implementation of social forestry, fruit, forest, herb and nursery production activities.
h) To provide financial assistance to the guardians of daughters in connection with daughter's marriage.
i) Setting up of Free Adult Education Centers to build an educated nation.
j) To implement programs to inculcate people in religious values and moral education.
k) To establish libraries with the aim of making people aware and educated.
l) Adoption of sound literary and cultural programs for intellectual development of students and adolescents.
m) Conducting various practical activities for the welfare of the environment.
n) To work for the development of physical and mental disabilities.
o) Conducting various programs for health awareness of mothers and children and assisting in the protection of child rights.
p) Providing financial and material assistance to philanthropic institutions, such as educational institutions, orphanages, charitable medical centers and hospitals or existing similar institutions.
q) Adopting and implementing all welfare oriented educational, technical and social awareness programmes.
r) Taking effective measures to eradicate illiteracy.
s) Strengthening rural and regional development programmes.
t) Collaboration in various organizations in amicable and benevolent activities.
u) Taking strong steps to implement the family planning programme.
v) Undertaking juvenile offender correctional programs.
w) To increase the knowledge and skills of the unemployed youth of the country and help them to be employed in productive work.
x) Informing the public at all levels about the ill effects of smoking and drug use.
y) Making all efforts to prevent women abuse and dowry system.
z) Celebrating various national days.
a) To arrange for publication of magazines, papers, newspapers and books.
b) To make the poor and helpless and marginalized people dependent on financial assistance.
c) Taking positive steps for the development of agriculture and farmers.
d) Taking initiatives for the expansion of handicrafts and cottage industries.
e) Incentivizing and setting up farms for rearing domestic animals including cows, goats, cows.
f) Establishment of agricultural produce marketing scheme.
g) Establishment of food and fruit process breeding projects.
h) Taking steps to expand fisheries.
i) Undertaking multi-faceted projects for public benefit in conducting social development research activities.
j) Adoption of income-generating activities and creation of saving spirit among people of all walks of life.
k) To establish the rights and dignity of women.
Goal:
(1) Inculcating self-respect of moral values:(a) Imparting correct knowledge on religious matters and informing about superstitions. (b) To inculcate religious light in character formation. (c) To establish and manage schools, technical institutions. (d) Involvement of the youth in spreading education, social development and poverty alleviation. (g) To create public awareness by organizing seminars, symposiums, training programmes. (h) Adoption of program implementation through necessary publication and publicity. (2) Donation in aid of extension of education:
(a) Establishment of Colleges, Technical Training Centres. (b) Signature Program. (c) Establishment of Senior Education Centres. (d) Providing assistance in formal education. (e) Establishment of library. (f) Providing scholarships to poor and meritorious students.
(3) Poverty Alleviation:
(a) To organize the poor and encourage them to take up projects by forming groups. (b) Undertaking self-employment and income-enhancing activities. (c) Diluting Zakat funds and using them in a manner prescribed by Shari'ah. (d) Undertake various commercial and production-oriented projects in the light of capacity. (e) Vocational training of unemployed youth in Computer, Sewing, Driving, Handicraft, Garment Industry, Handicraft Boutique Industry, Weaving.
(4) Rural Infrastructural and Regional Development:
(a) Conducting various infrastructure works. (b) Development of agriculture, irrigation schemes and programs to encourage the use of advanced technology in agriculture. (c) Expansion of cottage industries. (d) Providing affordable housing and housing facilities.
(5) Management of environmental development activities.
(a) Teaching and creating awareness about rules and nutrition. (b) Taking measures to provide improved medical care at cost/free of charge. (c) Establishment of Charitable Dispensaries/Hospitals. (e) Establishment of eye and dental camps. (f) Inhalation by drinking pure drinking water. (g) Assistance in installation of tube wells. (h) Adoption and implementation of agreed sanitation programme. (j) Adoption of Food Saline Project. (j) Ambulance service and taxi cab service Development of various types of transport services. (k) Environment conservation, afforestation and tree plantation programmes.
(6) Establishing the rights and dignity of women:
(a) Creating awareness about women's rights from an Islamic point of view. (b) To inculcate self-esteem among women. (c) Providing legal assistance to protect women's rights. (d) Creating mass awareness and resistance to abolish dowry system and prevent women torture. (e) Honorable rehabilitation of destitute and destitute women. (f) Providing practical and legal assistance to abused women. (g) To provide education and housing facilities for women working in the garment industry.
(7) Assisting in the development of children's minds and supporting the protection of children's rights:
(a) Provision of child education. (b) Adoption of various child health and nutrition programmes. (c) Creation of public awareness to stop child labor and adoption of preventive measures. (d) Adoption of educational and rehabilitation programs for the upbringing of destitute, orphaned and destitute children.
(8) Conducting relief and rehabilitation activities during corona epidemics and emergencies.
(a) Taking measures for cooperation and rehabilitation in case of corona epidemic, storm, rain, flood or any other natural calamity. (b) Assist in any civil-political emergency of fire or earthquake
(9) Conduct social development research activities:
(a) To collect, promote and spread the honor and heroic stories of the great liberation war and freedom fighters. Publication of booklets or magazines identifying various subcultures and religious bigotry and pointing out ways of salvation. (b) Preparation of books for creating mass awareness. (c) Publication of periodicals/newspapers. (d) Mass Education Child Education Materials and Development. (e) Compilation and publication of books according to the syllabus of mass education and child education.
